Etsy? Google Ad!

Etsy said they were purchasing Google ads for the holidays. A search for handmade jewelry resulted in the ad below. Weird. Those ads always seem to be a bit cheese ball to me, and rarely do I click. But, for buyers searching for handmade, how great that they may end up discovering Etsy. But I have to ask, are Google ads Etsy-ish?
