A few times, that I know of, I've been lucky enough to have been in a treasury that ended up on Etsy's front page. Each time has brought me at least one sale. It's so interesting to watch the view count for an item that is on the front page. It amazes me how many people are enticed by what is there the same way they are with impulse items at the grocery store check out counter. Either that, or the chances that the right person finding what they want is greater when what they want is right out in front for everyone to see.
Although the item that was actually on the front page, didn't sell, 3 others did. Woo Hoo. Of course, since I happened to catch it, I got a screen shot....
